We use copyright patterns that we have purchased. Please do not copy them without their permission or have purchased it from them.

Price at checkout is what you will pay. Prices will change over time with the cost of supplies but we will make those changes on the items. You will not pay more than what the shopping cart shows.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. If you have paid for the item, your money will be refunded in full. Life happens and sometimes it has to shift.

We do custom work but with limitations. For example: Blue butterfly sun catcher but you would like it in greens with a different wing pattern. We can do that. We will contact you in regards to patterns and colors.

Shipping disasters happen! Once we hand over your package to the postal office it's out of our control. We pack as securely as possible but it's not always enough. Contact us, we will want photos and we will navigate the best option for all then. Whether replacement or refund, we will find happy ground.
